"Your organization is so valuable to woman such as myself. It is truly devastating to learn that you have cancer. Hair loss due to chemotherapy coupled with all the side effects of treatment adds to the challenges of achieving long term health."
"Thank you so much for your gift. It is deeply appreciated. Perhaps some day I will be able to help others faced with these issues. Your supports gives hope to many."

One in every seven woman will be touched by breast cancer.
All women over 38 should get a mammogram yearly or more if your doctor recommends. Often, there are no symptoms of breast cancer, but signs of breast cancer can include a breast lump or an abnormal mammogram.
Breast cancer stages range from early, curable breast cancer to metastatic breast cancer, with a variety of breast cancer treatments.
A woman whose mother, sister or daughter has had breast cancer is two to three times more likely to develop the disease.
